With knowledge of the above, no refund/return request should be solicited by the buyer/user on such basis. All service payments done are non-refundable. We will, of course, nonetheless review return/refund requests on defective services.

Vcidex guarantees the quality all its software products listed on this Web site. Therefore, if your product is defective in any way, it can be replaced with another version of the same software, at no extra charge to the user.

Please send all return/refund requests to billing@storyboarderp.com, as well as your reason for such request. A reply will be sent to you after it has been determined whether a return/refund is necessary.

There are no EXIT barriers which means that the user is not bonded in any contract term. Cancellation can be done as per the customer’s ease and there is no cancellation policy attached to it.
